Phil Hudok is a former West Virginia High School physics teacher and photography business owner for more than 40 years. He has a Masters in Educational Computing.

Phil was a Constitution Party Candidate for US Senate and Governor in 2014 and 2016 respectively. He won two cases in the West Virginia Supreme Court, one of which was the reinstatement of his teaching position after being fired for refusing to enforce the student wearing of barcoded IDs.

He also successfully fought a forced vaccination requirement when his daughter Olivia, the high school valedictorian, refused a newly mandated vaccine booster shot. Phil is one of the founders of the Bill of Peace 2020.
